The Town of Between has three candidates vying for two open council member positions. They include: Brian Rubin, Jonathan Page and Wm (Bill) Boswell. We want to give each candidate an opportunity to introduce themselves to the voters through a short written introduction on the town website. The first is Brian Rubin.
