At the May 9, 2023 Town of Between Council meeting, newly appointed council member Debra Artz was sworn in by Mayor Robert Post. Artz will complete the term of Mary Ann Rivers who resigned her position in April due to medical reasons.Ms Artz is a long-time resident of Between and stated in her letter of application that she wanted to help the town move forward in a positive manner.
