Attached is the draft of the Letter of Compliance Ordinance that will have its first reading at the January 11, 2022 Council Meeting. It is scheduled to be adopted after the second reading at the February 8, 2022 Council Meeting.

As a result of the increase in COVID -19 cases in Walton County and the State of Georgia, as Mayor, I am issuing a directive that the wearing of masks at this meeting will be mandatory.
