At the March 14, 2023 Town of Between Council Meeting, Council Member Mary Ann Rivers submitted her resignation as a member of the council effective April 1, 2023. Mary Ann has served the citizens of Between since 2013. Mayor Robert Post presented her a service plaque recognizing her service to the town.
