Construction has begun on the 8 additional pickle ball courts at Ayer’s Park in the Town of Between. This addition will bring the total number of courts to 12. A great complement to our town.

Governor Kemp has just issued a State of Emergency for the entire state of Georgia for the period of Thursday September 25th until Friday September 26, 2024. The storm is likely to generate high winds, heavy rains and flooding for those in its path. This includes the Town of Between and Walton County. GEMA Officials encourage you to prepare now for periods of heavy rain, high winds and power outages. Tune to your local weather channel for further updates and emergency bulletins.
